Massage chairs are demonstrated for the first time at the
annual Sports Medicine Australia conference this week in
Brisbane, Australia. Delegates discover that a Human Touch
massage chair can be operated manually to target sore
muscles in an athlete, giving a more concentrated massage
than a therapist.
Research in the USA shows that an increasing number of
amatuer sports participants are buying massage chairs
because they know that the professionals are getting
hands-on massage from therapists before and after their
events. The Human Touch massage chair is a way for all
sports persons to obtain the benefits of massage, these
include the removal of lactic acid after exertion, increased
blood circulation, stimulation of the lymph system to remove
toxins from the body, increased endorphin levels.
A large number of doctors and nurses who attended the recent
GPCE conference for general practice bought a Human Touch
massage chair to take home or put in their surgery for
patients to use.
The doctors were impressed by the therapeutic benefit that
a massage chair could provide to people with back pain, sore
muscles or too much stress in their lives.
Massage chairs are good for people with poor circulation,
muscle spasms, insomnia, headaches and shoulder tension, as
well as for sports people who have stiff muscles
Brisbane hosted 'Dynamic Growth' last weekend. This is the
major annual event for Australian and NZ chiropractors.
Human Touch launched an appealing program for chiropractors
to use our massage chairs in their practices and to
recommend the health benefits of the chairs to their
patients. Massage chairs were odered from practices as far
flung as Duncraig, WA; Mackay, Qld and Jindabyne in the
Snowy Mountains.
A similar program has been successful for many years with
chiropractors in the US where over 6000 practices use and
recommend Human Touch chairs to their patients as a
complementary treatment.
Human Touch chairs are endorsed by the American College of
Chiropractic Orthopedists as well as the World Federation of
Chiropractors.
Human Touch would like to congratulate Tim Clark on his
recent win at the Australian Open.
As a dancer and yoga teacher, I appreciate my massage chair everyday... When we rely on our bodies so much it just makes sense to look after them in everyway we can. I really look forward to sitting in my chair at the end of the day. I especially love a massage before I go to sleep. Its amazing how much deeper I sleep after this.
Tim Clarke (PGA Golfer) understands the benefits of sports
massage very well. Using his Human Touch massage chair
regularly enabled Tim to get back on the PGA circuit in a
record time after suffering a major injury.
Human Touch massage chairs have finally made it to WA!! Stephen and Zerina are setting up and training staff in the O'Connor, Midland, Osborne Park and Cannington stores this week and next week. These stores are the first to launch the massage designer and we are very excited. The people of Perth don't know how lucky they are....yet!
Last week Snooze in conjunction with Human Touch Australia
took a bunch of massage chairs out ‘west’ for the
Toowoomba ag show. Thankfully the weather held out for us
for the first 2 days but the rain set in on the third.
Hundreds of people from farmers to machinery suppliers,
trainers, mothers, retirees and even a horse chiropractor
had the opportunity to try out the amazing
Human Touch Massage chairs...
